JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a Project Manager with a talent for overseeing complex projects and a commitment to excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As our Project Manager, you will be the “Architect of Success”, playing a pivotal role in our organization. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President/COO, overseeing projects as they are assigned to you in the kickoff meeting.
Your role will involve submitting all required submittals and documentation to the general contractor, ordering all project materials needed, and managing the scheduling of crews mobilizing. You will also schedule deliveries to the job site while coordinating this with your Project Superintendent, ensuring that the project stays on budget and on schedule.
You will maintain constant communication with the general contractor as needed, logging all expenses, executing change orders, and managing all other aspects of project management. This includes close-out documentation and internal reports that are given directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Executive Vice President/COO, providing updates and insights as needed.
Submit all required submittals and documentation to the general contractor.
Order all project materials needed and manage the scheduling of crews mobilizing.
Schedule deliveries to the job site while coordinating with the Project Superintendent.
Keep the project on budget and on schedule, maintaining constant communication with the general contractor.
Log all expenses, execute change orders, and manage all other aspects of project management.
Prepare close-out documentation and internal reports for the COO.

Education:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-NO DEGREE REQUIRED
Experience:
-10+ years of experience in the glazing industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
-CAD Experience (Preferred)
-Ability to use Excel worksheets & Office 365
-Ability to read shops and prints
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer applications.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to report and communicate effectively and professional to the General Contractor
-Proven experience as a Project Manager.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to the Executive Vice President/COO.
-A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement..

- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
-Must have means of transportation
-Travel may be required
