JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a Project Superintendent with a knack for keeping things on track and a commitment to quality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As our Project Superintendent, you will be the “Maestro of Management”, playing a pivotal role in our organization. You will report directly to the Project Manager, acting as their right-hand person, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. After all, our tagline is “Promises Kept with Quality”, and we stand true to it daily.
You will manage multiple jobs at once, overseeing multiple crews, and ensuring that every detail is taken care of. From overseeing expense reports, daily reports, change order executions, and submittals, to understanding the scope of work required on jobs, you will be the linchpin that holds everything together.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates and insights as needed.
Ensure projects are kept on budget, on schedule, and completed with the highest quality.
Manage multiple jobs at once, overseeing multiple crews.
Oversee expense reports, daily reports, change order executions, and submittals.
Understand and manage the scope of work required on jobs.

Experience:
8+ years of experience in the glazing industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer applications.
-Must be able to read prints & shop drawings
-Strong team management skills
