JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a Customer Service and Sales Specialist with a knack for guiding customers and ensuring their satisfaction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As our Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you will be the “Champion of Customer Satisfaction,” playing a pivotal role in our organization. You will report to different Project Managers, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout their journey with us.
Your role will involve guiding customers through the sales process, addressing warranty-related issues, managing schedules for service crews, and working with accounts receivable regarding billing and invoicing. You will need to have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to maintain organization.
You will also have the ability to oversee other team members who may be assisting in tasks such as customer inquiries, scheduling, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Address warranty-related issues and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Manage schedules for service crews to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Work with accounts receivable regarding billing and invoicing.
Maintain organization and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Oversee other team members assisting in tasks such as customer inquiries, scheduling, and administrative support.

Experience:
- Minimum of five years' experience in computer programs such as Excel, outlook, word, adobe, etc.
-Customer Service Experience
Customer service-specific skills:
Conflict resolution: Effectively handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Customer retention: Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Time management: Prioritizing tasks and managing customer interactions efficiently.
