As a Journeyman Glazier, you will serve as a cornerstone of our field operations, trusted to execute high-quality installations and represent our commitment to Promises Kept with Quality. You will work closely with our Project Superintendent as a key partner in delivering successful projects across diverse job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to multiple project locations to perform professional glass installation, repair, and maintenance across a variety of commercial environments.
Collaborate directly with the Project Superintendent, providing updates, insights, and support throughout each phase of the project.
Execute precise installations using industry-standard techniques and tools, ensuring all work meets strict quality, safety, and performance standards.
Contribute to our company reputation by consistently delivering workmanship that reflects pride, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.

Experience:
Completion of a glazier apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to lift, carry, transport, and install glass.
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to lift 80LBS
-Team Player
-Ability to Work under stressful situations
-Ability to read shop & blue prints
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to the Project Superintendent.
-A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
-Must have means of transportation
-Travel Required
